  • Annual plans include two months free, but must be paid in full upfront.
  • If a payment dispute arises, you must contact us within 7 days of the billing date to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All website designs and content provided by yourWebsite24.com remain our intellectual property, unless a separate purchase agreement is made.
  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
  • If you purchase a website, full ownership rights will be transferred to you upon receipt of the final payment.

6. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if you violate these terms.
  • If you wish to terminate your service, you must provide at least 30 days' notice.
  • Cancellations for annual plans will not result in prorated refunds.

7. Service-Level Agreement (SLA) and Uptime Guarantee

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted websites, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance or third-party service provider outages may result in temporary downtime.
  • We are not liable for data loss, cyber-attacks, or server failures beyond our control.

8. Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance

  • Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
  • If you are an EU resident, you have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.
